Stensballegaard Golf is designed by the highly reputable American firm of architects "von Hagge, Smelek and Baril" who has designed some of the world’s absolute best golf courses. Chief architect Rick Baril is very satisfied with the result and states that Stensballegaard Golf is something very special – One of Denmark’s if not Europe’s best golf courses.

The golf course is placed in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by woods and with a view of Horsens Fjord. The course has 27 holes and each of them has its own unique story. As an example of this, you can look forward to the challenging 9th hole at the Guldbjerg loop where you have a view to the city of Horsens and Horsens Fjord with a height difference of 52 m between tee and green.

Due to the fact that we have 5 tees, everybody can play at Stensballegaard Golf. Scratch golfers are challenged from the ”black tee”, and golfers with larger handicaps get a golf experience for life from the front tees with their wide fairways.

Likewise you can enjoy a culinary treat at "Stensballegaard Golf & Gourmet" as a lovely end of the golf round.

Pro coach Claus Valter and the MD golf shop offer professional training and fitting of equipment all the year round either at the driving range or at the indoor centre.
