This is a downhill par-5 that rewards length, then accuracy. The tee shot should be straight and long. From the first landing area, use the slope in the second landing area to your advantage. The second landing area slopes right to left and will provide help if used correctly. Put you ball at a comfortable distance for your approach, as this green is treacherous and will reward proper distance – and, severely punish a poor approach. The right side of the putting surface provides “safe haven”, away from trouble. It is also sloped to help move the ball to the left side of the green. If the flag is on the left of the green, consider your options carefully. The direct approach may not be the best.
